hypnotize

I watched a program on TV this morning...
it's about hypnotherapy...

so..
the hypnotist asked for volunteers..
there were 3 of them (including 2 of the host)
the hypnotist told them to close their eyes
and listen to his suggestion
also he always punctuate that they have to believe.

While closing their eyes, the hypnotist gave them a coin to hold
and then told them to think about the burden they had in the past and it's been very annoying until now.
He asked them to "transfer" their thoughts to that coin.

After a while, the hypnotist gave them an empty bottle (a glass one, like soda bottle).
They hold the bottle with the other hand.
After that, they put the coin inside the bottle.
The hypnotist told them to shake the bottle in circular way...lightly
The next thing happened was the bottom of the bottle just fell of
so the bottle is now hollow.

And he said "there you go, now the burden had fall and won't bother you anymore".

I'm like..
What?? seriously that simple?
I don't know if the crew had sabotage the bottle
or it really happened..

Anyway.. the hypnotist said a line that will stuck in my head for sure

"Do you know why God create eyes in front of your face? So that you always focus on what's ahead and always see forward, not backward."
